The Customs & SST Compliance Assessment is designed to provide an in depth assessment of your company’s customs and SST practices, helping to identify potential areas of non-compliance and opportunities for improvement. It is a comprehensive test based on the documents you provide, offering a deep dive of your compliance with customs and SST regulations.

Standard delivery is 7–14 working days from cleared payment and receipt of required documents. Expedited options are available and will be quoted separately.

Our panel is a group of former officers from the RMCD. They will review, validate findings and presents a report. However, the results are based entirely on the integrity of the documents you submit. While the assessment can highlight potential compliance issues, it does not replace a full audit by the authority. The more accurate and comprehensive the documents you provide, the more reliable the result from the assessment will be.

No. The assessment provides practical advisory findings and recommended corrections. Other determinations by RMCD remain the official authority. However, we can assist with formal rulings or amendments as a follow-up project.

We’ll flag them as Red in the report, outline immediate containment actions, and propose remediation options. If urgent, we will prioritize an emergency response (additional fees may apply).

It is not included in the assessment. However, remediation, amended filings, negotiations, or declarations are offered as quoted follow-up services.
